Our Structured 8-Week Program
Our curriculum nurtures children's physical, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate movement. Each 45-minute session is designed to support wellbeing, focus, and self-regulation, giving children tools they can carry with them long after class ends.

Meet your Instructor
Hi I'm Suraya! As a young instructor, I naturally connect with children and love creating a fun, safe space where they can move, play, and be themselves. My classes are gentle, engaging, and full of creativity, helping kids build confidence, body awareness, and a positive relationship with movement.
I've been practicing yoga since I was a child, growing up with a mum who was also a yoga teacher. I've experienced firsthand how much yoga can support confidence, calm, and emotional wellbeing from a young age.
